Installation caused much confusion. Mrs. Salzillo, Head of Circulation, worked at a makeshift
desk during the installation of the new desk. The electrician working on the terminal hook-ups. The first lounge ever set aside for the Staff. Each staff
person has her/his own locker. Study carrels arrived at the same time as the circulation
desk. The Winsor chairs also arrived with the carrels. Phase II, the Children's Room renovation began with the
installation of the new carpet. New shelving came next. Books on the shelves, end panels for the shelving, and
brightly colored chairs and tables make the Children's Room
