What's New for February 2012


Members of the MYSTERY BOOK CLUB are meeting on Tuesday, February 7 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm to discuss “Rouge Island” by Bruce DeSilva.  New members are always welcome.

Members of the KNITTING MAVENS meet every Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  New
members are always welcome.

The RHODE ISLAND BLOOD CENTER COACH is at the library Friday, February 10 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Learn the ancient skill of locating ground water, buried metals or hidden gems on Saturday, February
11 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.  Registration is required.  Please call the library at 949-3630 ext. 1 to

A representative from BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD will be at the library on Tuesday, February 14
from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm to discuss the BlueChip for Medicare program through Blue Cross.  This
program is free and open to the public.

A representative from GREENVILLE HEALTH CENTER is doing Blood Pressure Readings on Wednesday, February 15 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.  No appointment is necessary.

Members of the PICNIC TABLE READS Book Club are discussing “The Peach Keeper” by Sarah
Addison Allen on Thursday, February 16 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.  New members are always welcome.

Ms. Nancy Arnold from ODYSSEY HOSPICE is holding a bereavement support session on Tuesday,
